took this pic at the weekend and it was my fav and was desperate to fit it into the video montage and then i promptly didn't include it! so here it is!

have applied for two jobs - lecturer in social work at sunderland uni and programme coordinator at durham uni! we shall see!

i have been going into work for 9 - taking early finishes to get luke

i've been setting time aside for music and exercise but not putting pressure on myself to do it if i can't fit it in

i've gone to the doctors about the my red nose and i have something he can fix so i can make sure the end of my nose isn't bright red (hopefully!!)

i have sat in the arm chair and cuddled luke

i have not washed my car for about 4 weeks

i have slept until 7 or after for weeks now

i have found peace inside again
