look i know its christmas day!! but check out my facial hair!!

not got alot to say that you probably couldn't guess, food, presents, family, tv and more food. ...watch out though 'cos i'm about to start enthusiastic bread making with my bread making machine!!!

interesting i'm making bread and a beard at the same juncture of my life whilst my soul is bared in my blog!

last years news years resolution, or more of a mantra, i guess, was fitter, faster, further. have i achieved this? well i'm fitter that's for sure and faster (my running times are much better) and further.... well... this was a reference to running a marathon which was one goal i didn't achieve... but.... i have been promoted in my job so i guess that constitutes going further......

this year stronger, slimmer, smarter
