.....dear diary "the year gone and the one ahead"

its a stopping in day today! although luke has gone to josh's so i'm gonna take the christmas tree down. and it's been altogether a great christmas and new year. altho was in bed by 10.30.on new years eve (not a big fan i have to say). had a great new years day with tony and dawn and charlotte - a run in the morning and them over for a meal and a dvd game of mr and mrs - lots of fun. then out with tony and charlotte yesterday to the krazy kingdom. run last night 4.3 miles - felt good....

missions achieved in the last year:
* became 40 and had a great party
* went to dublin
* got a mac book (think that should be at the top)
* lost some weight (about half a stone)
* got faster (running going well)
* got promoted to senior social worker
dissapointments:
* didn't do a marathon
* didn't get any music out

missions for 2008:
* lose more weight
* run a marathon
* and here's the biggie - release a cd ep every month during 2008!
* move jimmy two times forward
* oh and i guess be a good dad, partner, son blah blah blah!!!
