luke's 3rd after already having 2 at judith's!!

listening to kate bush - the whole story (it's a greatest hits type compilation) - very enjoyable while cooking. gonna listen to tubular bells by mike oldfield next. listened to oxygene by jean michel jarre at the weekend and was decidedly underwhelmed. i guess though you have to sit it in the context of its release date of '76..... having done this...... its genius, but sounds a bit trite now.

tubular bells on now... and this IS (he uses capitals for the first time after avoiding them completely in his blog) genius.... and was released in '73
