......early to bed early to rise makes a man knackered

i like pictures of me looking all reflective, hand on face, don't i! lol!

today has resulted in a headache for no real reason... i always put headaches down to poor fluid intake, but i do have a sore throat and the bowels aren't good.... oh shut up its the first time i've mentioned them since i started blogging in late 2007! i think these things do have an impact on ones head!! anyway i'll get over it but it's not making me look forward to the meeting tonight of the (newton hall) playground action group in my capacity as treasurer. don't get me wrong.... well into the project just could have done without having to go out anywhere tonight... still i will embrace the challenge of attending this meeting and look forward to engaging more with my fellow members..... the goal of about £120k seems a long way off but enthusiasm will see us through.......
