....formal complaint from the millers

luke got this fab chocolate fountain off gran for easter so we had to have a go... melted chocolate over marshmallows and fruit ....mmmmm.... lovely.... very sickly...... but i suppose i could have stopped before i felt sick .....very sick ......very very sick......

chris and lynne aka the millers called over to see us at the last moment of the bank holiday weekend... cutting it fine i felt!! ;-) where do you think the millers are christine had said earlier in the day ....oh i think we're second best now darling ..... it'll have been paul and amy friday, the match saturday, family lunch and tea sunday, and the ghent's monday ......and it turned out i was spot on ....i know them better than they know themselves! anyway they kept the best till last and rounded off the weekend with the mordue/hill's. a dr who easter egg in hand for luke (or so they think!!) and a take away supplied by our friends at china express ...happy days.....

things i've done this bank holiday weekend
* finished writing a song "same sky different island"
* played dominoes, jenga and monopoly with luke
* had lunch in the court
* earned lots of money on call
* eaten ridiculous amounts of chocolate
* done some weights
* done a 13 mile run up massive hills
* remembered what a great song rocket man by elton john is
.... oh and received a formal complaint from the millers that i'm not blogging daily!!
