....research

i must be feeling a little better as i've decided to find out what's been going on inside and whether there's any marathon related reason for this of have i been unlucky!!
wikipedia has this to say about diarrhea - i didn't know there were so many types!!
....and although i'm looking through countless web sites i can't find a particular link between the marathon and my present poorly condition. other than the obvious drain on your body of such a distance making you more susceptible.....
....wondered whether i'd had too much famous brand sports drink (don't want to get into bother with anyone....lol...) but only good things can be found about them on web sites
....so i guess i've just been unlucky...... muscle sorenes has all but gone but still have crampy stomach and bowels (there not liking having food put into them and when i try i get headachy and tired - so trying for very little regularly to see how it goes - not been sick yet!!)
anyway.... the official times are up on the edinburgh marathon web site
john finished 3927th in 4 hours 20 mins 40 secs
stephen finished 4048th in 4 hours 22 mins 57 secs
tony finished 4094th in 4 hours 23 mins 43 secs
we all went through the other checkpoints together
10k 57 mins 40 secs
half marathon 2 hours 2 mins 51 secs
30k 2 hours 56 mins 07 secs
the field was approximately 12,000 which places us nearly in the top quarter!!
top effort!!!!
now i need another lie down........
