......supersize v. superskinny

was watching that supersize v. superskinny show last night and it struck me that what they were saying was exactly my problem. the skinny bird was eating crap all day but eating only 1,800 calories per day (which meant she was eating only 6 days worth of food every week - based on about 2,000 calories per day) and the chunky bird was eating a really really healthy diet but was consuming 4,000 calories per day - a staggering 14 days worth of food every week..... and that's me.... my diet (except for a weekly pizza) is pretty good yet i don't lose weight and the reason is probably portion size..... my cup (and plate) runneth over!!

so i need to change that.... still fancy the pills to kick start things though.... but that sounds a bit drastic..... dilemma.... look at my fridge! how healthy am i! (have removed the pizza before taking the picture! lol!)

i think as well i need to change the exercise i do.... am only really now starting to get over the marathon and doing the c2c didn't help this process..... i think i just need to challenge my body differently so.... short fast runs (if i run at all), more weights, maybe swimming, and thrashing miller at squash.... all seem like good options!
