......very special moment

me 'n' miller locked ourselves in the circadian rhythms studio.... we turned on no lights.... we plugged the cd player up to the pa and we pressed play...... nothing happened...... stephen had plugged the wrong cable in!!!.... we settled ourselves again to listen to my very own promo copy of the new vessels album......
we listened in hushed awe, every so often looking at each other and just smiling, waiting for the loud bits, paying attention to the quite bits, listening to the tunes, the drums, the sounds, the production, watching the mist role over the valley, watching tail lights disappearing down the track. we started our journey in the half light and finished it in complete darkness save for the lights from the graphic equalizer (set to flat so we heard it just how the boys wanted it)

beautiful and majestic was how i described it.... i have an abundance of comments and observations but those are not for here but will appear after several more listens... but for me yuki, two words and a gesture, and track 2 (can't remember the name and the cd's in the car) stand out.... oh and altered beast!!, oh and happy accident!!!

and tomorrow night me, miller and all among others are going to watch the boys live......
