what grows this year in the cottage garden/conservatory. well there's peas, potatoes, carrots, cauli's brocolli, salad leaves, radishes, and in the conservatory chillies, squash, cucumbers, and (above) the melon plant about to flower and then produce some succulent melons!

it's fascinating growing stuff.... i never tire of it.... and especially something i've not grown before, which is the case with the melons.... how on earth is the plant gonna support some nice hefty melons on such little stems!! we shall see!!
