....perplexed

.....christine wants to know if anyone can tell what the picture from monday 25th is... she can't see it - to me it's obvious!!!
.....have paid for a place in next years edinburgh marathon! after all i said about not doing another one..... but i reckon i could get nearer 4 hours
......what's perplexing me most is i've not put a foot wrong with the diet this week, i've done loads of extra exercise and still i lose no weight.... :-(
