....me and luke spent yesterday at lightwater valley with tony and charlotte. it was a blast - i confronted my fear (to a degree) and made it onto a water slide (3 times), a little rollercoaster, and the rat..... was blinkin terrified..... refused the ultimate although tony and charlotte embraced it.... it absolutely chucked it down from about 3 and for reasons of maintaining my dignity no pictures exist of me in my £1 lightwater valley poncho!! had fun on the racing cars and luke loved the skateboard things you sit on... he was really good at them... great sense of balance.

exercise cardio and weights in the gym at lunchtime and a 4 mile run tonight
(to compensate for a massive curry last night!!!)
