hello everyone out there......
i've not checked google analytics for a while
it's a thing that tells me where people are linking to the blog from or what they are putting into a search engine to find it.....
nice to see some people have linked here through facebook (maybe i should rethink my "fakebook" entry....lol...)
and of great interest i find someone in washington usa is logging on for a look regularly
i wonder what they thought of my obama entry on the day of his inauguration

is the blog a one way thing?
well it appears so because no one ever leaves comments and there is a thing to click to do that
pete sometimes emails me with a response... normally when i'm way of the mark on an ethical issue (lol!) or my apostrophe's are in the wrong place!

reading obama's book the audacity of hope... i may have mentioned this before. and i've just finished the chapter on values where he talks about empathy. he suggests whenever we do something, or say something, or make a decision that effects others we ask ourselves how would that make me feel if that was said to me/done to me. i still feel his position as president bodes well for the usa and the world and this type of statement in his book simply reassures me of my feelings. this is particularly resonant for me today. more of that later. but maybe not.

listening to "the fear" by lilly allen
and have just listened to "until the end of the world" by u2 from achtung baby
still not eating meat (have lots of muscle aches which i don't normally have.... i wonder??)
