....sick note

...well this is a whole new experience! got myself a sick note at the doctors... it's like having anote from your mam ..."i'm off 'cos i'm bad and don't you dare say i'm not ...my sick note says i am!"

the knee is improving but is still swollen and uncomfortable, elevation continues to be required.... lots of sitting it would seem has led to the emergence of a pile.... which exploded this morning covering the sheets in blood! it looked liked dawn of the dead.... i'm sure there looked more blood than there was ...but hey the discomfort around my arse is taking my mind off the discomfort around me knee.... happy days.... so much for wanting to get back to some gentle exercise quickly..... now.... bargain hunt....
