....slow news day

‎...you know i like a glass of red on a night,, yes even on a flippin school night,, and i'm gonna say it loud and proud,, i'm not going to be ashamed of it anymore,, never mind the glass pass me the bottle!!!!

....run yesterday - 3.5 miles, run tonight - 3.8 miles, salad for lunch, fruit all day .....hmmmm - has one turned a corner ....off work tomorrow! feels like i'm on a phased return - haven't done a full week since the start of the school holidays and have got net monday off..... then i'm not off until october! flippin october! i think i have to work about 7 weeks in a row! will have to sort something out there!

..tomorrow - 9 holes of golf in the morning, dj practice in the afternoon
