....last two days

...it's all about the music at the moment ...let me tell you what else i've been up to

...work's been good since wednesday ...'cos i haven't been! was off on leave wednesday and then thursday and friday i've been training on the new computer system we're going to use at work. training is good... a couple of days away from the office, nice coffee, the odd biscuit, and early finishes. managed to slip a run in last night ...ran just about 4 miles, steady away, and it felt good... felt good today as a result... and tonight, just chillin'. pizza dough is ready and everything is chopped just to bring together in an hour or so...

..we've got chris and lynne over tomorrow night to celebrate chris' birthday which is on the 27th and we're planning a special menu with a starter, main course and sweet we've not tried before ...should be good.

...musicwise ....you've heard about the trimmers gig ...we're booked at the fishtank in durham now for october 21st (as well as bob trollops on the 7th) and the last few days have seen me mix a couple of tracks, one of which is now up on the reverb nation two wiseguys site ....last night i rough mixed and recorded some demo vocals to guide the female singers on "no more tears" and mixed "cockroaches" - sounding good but still rough around the edges....
