.....it's all about been 11

...now if i'm being honest i was a little apprehensive when i headed out today to dj at charlotte's 11th birthday party. mind you, charlotte had picked all the songs so that part wasn't difficult. it was just, how were they going to respond faced with me dj'ing? i need not have worried. they took to the floor from the first tune to the last. they knew all the words and all the dance moves and they, and me, had a great time! well they seemed to. i'll tell you what; having only dj'd before for adults they put you to shame! they didn't need 5 or 6 pints before they had the courage to get up. they were straight on the floor to have a good time.

..great day ...and my first outing with my trusty sidekick luke who was a great help, particularly on smoke machine duty!!!
