...when 10 digits aren't 12

...the side of the bottle says to take the label off and enter the code on the coke zone web site and you might have won a prize! so off me 'n' luke went to the coke zone web site where it asked for our 12 digit code.... our code's were only 10 digits so they didn't work! well! what to do... we decided to email coca cola ....and here is there response...

We want to fix any issues, so please let us know the following: - How many codes you have -Product and package size and type - color of the cap -where you bought it (name and address ...if you have it) -The production code from the neck of the bottle (unless you already recycled it) - The code(s) to the best of your ability. well!!! seriously!!! do they think i'm gonna bother doing all that.... but.... well.... i might have won a prize ....my goodness what a dilemma!
