....productive

....it's been a very productive day in the mordue/hill household

the house has been cleaned top to bottom, a christmas cake has been made, soup has been made (of the carrot and coriander, and chicken and veg varieties!), the car has been turned to face in the right direction and is tantalising close to the road so that i can get to work tomorrow, and i've been for a 3 mile run (stupid? yes! but i bumped into nik with jack and holly which was a nice surprise).... and now i feel great!

....i feel a bit of a watershed today... having to dig snow and push cars has made me realise how out of shape i've got. it's not been a good year for exercise... i mean, i've done stuff but not with any consistency..... so today's run is me turning over to a new page i hope.... it needs to be! doing the loftus poultry run in two weeks time!
