food.... i tackled artichoke's yesterday and while i really enjoyed the experience what i liked better was the dip in the recipe. simple.... mayo and balsamic vinegar! lush. and also i was put onto frozen bananas as a healthy snack ...equally lush ...you need to cut the banana in half across ways and then in half length ways (for some reason) and then freeze! it's like banana ice cream but isn't it's just banana!! class.....
...i was wondering why i put on 1 pound last week when my week of eating for the most part was ok and why i look like i've done the same this week despite another pretty good week. i lost 5 pound three weeks ago and 4 pounds the week after....
...then i read this "when you try to lose a large amount of weight over a short period your body will respond by slowing down; your basic metabolic rate (bmr) - this reduces performance.. and makes it harder to lose weight in the long run. you should limit weight loss to less than 1kg a week.
interesting... has my success being the undoing of me?
still on a positive note.... i feel great ....a lot less alcohol, lots of water, good healthy food, running well, feeling that nice ache in my muscles after exercise, enjoyed weight training the other day and more today.....
