...juice

...been on the juice and soups and smoothies all week
wouldn't want you to think that i wasn't taking the diet seriously
looking for a big loss this week
carrot and apple juice = the colon cleanser
orange, kiwi fruit and lemon
smoothies with banana, strawberries, yogurt, melon and all sorts in
roasted butternut squash and garlic soup
carrot and coriander soup with a hint of chilli
...and you know what its all been lush and while i have felt hungry at times i've not been absolutely starving and i feel so much better on the inside.
...and when i have my evening meal which is about two thirds of the size of meal i normally have i'm absolutely stuffed.... this is all good ....very good
