....long distance journeys

..this sunday - kielder marathon 26.2 miles - epic journey - has disaster written all over it (last two runs have ended with an early ending due to knee problem at 16 miles... we shall see)
...next saturday - florida - disney - mickey - harry potter - very excited!

....i'm looking for my glasses if anyone has seen them!

it's been a great outdoors year.... running, cycling, walking, camping, golfing... it's been great and the last few months are equally exciting! marathon, florida, a gig with the johnny vipond all stars, a weekend in a remote cottage in northumberland...
