hey! got us a sky box installed today. now we have a plethora of channels and are about to go and check to see if there's anything on we want to watch. i'm not going to be surprised if i find there's nothing! we shall see.... but hey we've got friends back on 'cos for some reason terrestrial tele has decided not to show it anymore.... how dare they! now just waiting to get my 50 inch tele when christine says i can (not holding my breath)

day 1 of life/work balance has gone fairly well. managed to sleep till 6 after first waking up at 4. did a good mornings work promising myself not to get stressed then headed home for lunch and then stayed home an worked while the nice man fitted the sky dish. got luke from school so had half an hour out mid afternoon and insisted with myself to switch off at 5.15. all good! i still worked well over an 8 hour day but it felt ok. still alot of stuff backed up to do so let's see how day 2 goes.....
