....look at that ...that's me toweling off and drinking my recovery shake after 45 minutes of p90x (15 minute ab ripper and 40 minutes plyometrics) not to mention a 1 km swim at lunch time!
....jonathan has inspired me! as a result of a father son chat about having to put hard work in if you want to achieve something (e.g. be a professional mountain biker) he has cycle saturday night, sunday morning, sunday night, and monday morning! sweet! he'll be knackered!! and well.... i had to give myself a taste of my own medicine and point the finger at myself as well. as mark knopfler said "when you point your finger cos your plan fell through you've got 3 more fingers pointing back at you"!! i pontificate about losing weight and getting in awesome shape and do bugger all about it so...
sunday 9 mile run and 1 hour p90x
monday 1 km swim and 45 minutes p90x
