....happy spring break sunday

...bumped into these fella's last night while out for a run

....this exercise is a strange business.... i struggled with my 5 mile run last night... well to be fair struggled with the first 2 miles and then gradually got better so by the end was running really well even up the last steep bank! the problem came i feel from two things. firstly - over indulgence of food and alcohol (when will i learn?). ...and secondly from not running for about two weeks ...i have exercised but just cycling. despite both things being exercise they appear not to be complimentary. same muscles being used in a different way i expect...

....anyway ...legs felt strong and breathing settled eventually so all will hopefully good when a do my "big" run tomorrow

settled in for the night with no alcohol (which meant a great nights sleep and meant i managed to stay up until a time most adults achieve quite easily... we watched harry brown which was a bit intense and traumatic and as ever, after watching such films, i checked all the doors were locked (normally i just trust my memory that i did it earlier)!!!

...and now for "spring break" sunday. rainy so probably chilling at home ...now that's nice isn't it!
