...hit my groove

what a weekend! in fact what a week off! despite not turning out as planned 'cos we were going to go away camping but decided not to due to the inclement weather! but we still managed to get to a national trust place - cherrywood (or something like that :-~) and got our fence sorted in the garden, as well as - and most importantly - did some chillin'

..and as for this weekend (and end of week) - me 'n' the boys completed two great bike rides, i regained my squash crown in our regular four way competition with tony, paul and peter and i breezed an 18 and a half mile run today! all good!

managed not to drink too much as well! in fact drank nothing all week until last night. christine's theory is my drinking is related to being at work - i think she might be right! ....the only solution i can come up with is not to work!
