tracking my alcohol intake with the nhs drinks tracker! you'd be flippin amazed how many units are in the stuff you drink ...a standard glass of white wine - 14% - 2.5 units! i thought it would be one! oh no! oh no! watch them units you all!

and my old friend robbie atkinson tracked me down (after a long time) to ask if he can rework "high on a mountain" from the new 2wg release for a female vocalist. well pleased with that. you can see a demo version live in the studio here
