....you should not miss this!

...you should not miss this part of the day! i woke up for the loo ...like ya do ...and thought "feel all slept out and look at the beautiful sun... think i'll get up!" .....5.45! ..thought "it's saturday, i can't get up yet" ..so took myself back off to bed. but, then just lay there thinking about the beautiful sun ..and work ...and how my heart was beating out of my chest ...and the things that had gone on during this rather eventful week!

oh yes! and i've got a bone to pick with you.... in my last blog two whole days ago i said i'd keep you up to date.. and then said or maybe not ...clearly intimating that due to my current hypertensive state i might actually be dead! ...and i haven't blogged since then!! ...any phone calls, any emails, any notes of concern! i could have been keeled over somewhere ;-) but i'm not thank goodness!

...i'm now on medication (for the rest of my life says the doctor). any lifestyle changes i could make (lose a little weight, drink a little less) would make some difference, but not nearly enough. this getting (a little) older is not much fun! hernia hypertension! hey i should have chosen "h" as my letter for the year! "hernia, hypertension, hypochondriac!"

....anyway i feel very positive and at one with the world sat here in the beautiful sunshine, coffee in hand, now with luke sat next to me on the sofa trying to prize the macbook off me to check the euro millions numbers!
