...what a great Sunday

starting with an early morning drive to Kirkley Hall in Northumberland in a blizzard of snow to run a half marathon which i achieved in 2 hours 3 minutes - a minute mile pace of 9 and half minute miles and resulting in a superb feeling of well being and minimal muscle soreness (I must be getting fit!)

followed by lunch with the family accompanied by the Lawson family at the wicket gate in chester-le-street for 3 courses of good food (caesar salad, pork "sunday" lunch, and a sundae (well it was sunday))

and then a trip to the North Terrace Bar where myself and Karl became two wiseguys and had a fabulous night where we absolutely did the business in terms of our particular brand of acoustic pop rock

all delivered a pretty fabulous, if tiring, sunday!
