.....how many albums in a week?


Today will mostly be about ironing and music I feel! It's raining and will be on and off according to the weather forecast so no outdoor painting for me. I'm off work you see - don't go back until the second of September!! My focus for the week is getting things done - DIY stuff, music, art, weights & running. I got some creatine from Paul to try and review for his fitness web site and while I've used some it's not been consistent enough to really do a fair review.... So.... I have about 10 days in a row where I know I can fit stuff in - so we'll see what I make of it. It's a supplement that I've read doesn't increase muscle size in itself but does help the muscles to tolerate exercise more ....so more exercise more muscle. The downside - some weight gain but only from water stored in muscles which will disappear once I stop taking it ....interesting.

My other mission for the week is to see how many full albums I can listen to! 2 so far!
