...a week of doing and listening

....what a busy little week i've had - continuing in the theme of other weeks with painting and fixing and cleaning ....the house is looking in good shape! going to do a bit of work in the garden next! good job!

i've managed to fit in other stuff as well. there's a remix of swimming/drowning that will appear soon. a new song - move shake vibrate - a dancy little number.... and one or two other musical sketches moved on a little. some weight training, some running, a park run this morning, some yoga
