...no place for paunch
A 3.5 mile run - mapped here followed by my 10 minutes of yoga stretches.
And now... the day stretches out ahead of me! Good job.
So I'm having a cup of coffee out of my new Shakespeare Insults mug bought on my trip to Stratford-upon-Avon. My favourite quote is ...you are a "bolting-hutch of beastliness" ...indeed!
That's day 5 of the exercise streak in the bag.... there are going to be some sore muscles and maybe some slow miles methinks - that one this morning was tough although not slow. The stretching helps and to be honest the creatine seems to help - seems to make my muscles firmer and reduces soreness.
