.....it used to be simpler

i was reminiscing last night with miller about how the blog used to be about the simple things that were going on. mostly things have turned into talking about knotty issues.... and i feel a return is required to a more diary style of recording...

so the millers were over saturday night and we had friday night pizzas... always a good idea. we increased pizza production to four, rather than the usual three, and then discovered we couldn't mange to eat them all. wedges were included as normal which may have tipped us over the edge!

luke has been working hard on the farm. it's just a bit weird seeing our little boy driving a big tractor and moving big bales about with it. it was just five minutes ago he was a toddler i'm sure. jonathan and i have been pondering why on the nicest sunday for ages we are sat in the house when for the last three weekends we have ventured out on our bikes into the freezing cold, sleet, and driving rain without a thought.... it would appear we are a little challenged.

i've put some music up on line - a little solo thing-
in december 2013 i wrote and recorded 3 tracks in 2 days as a small solo project. the theme for the project was to think about how people struggle with the day to day reality of mental well-being and how they may gain great support and comfort from those around them who love and care for them.
