I keep thinking - maybe I should buy another journal to write in and reflect on what I've achieved in the last week. I think this is just me wanting to buy something - as you do - and not using what I have to do this! Like using this blog! The point is this is the perfect place!

So here goes. Reflecting is good because I think we tend to focus on what we failed to achieve or what went wrong rather than what we did or got right. I think human nature is like this. So calendar open... let's have a look!

I went for a jog with the dog twice (probably about 1 to 2 miles) and ran properly once 3 miles
I did 2 weight training sessions of 20 minutes each
I did yoga stretching every day Monday to Friday
I recorded 2 podcasts - the new Social Work Shorts 'Insights' and got the first one live
I edited and published George's blog on Poverty
Wrote a paid article for Cache
Delivered 2 self-care training session
Started to discover the Jazz of Coleman Hawkins
Did a whole bunch of freelance admin so the accounts are looking great
Two productive days at work this week including my appraisal
Played Chess with Pete
Was alcohol free 3 of the 7 nights (and on one of those drink nights only had a double Whiskey - not bad)

Not too shabby!

Watched first two episodes of a documentary on Indian Railways
Watched The Good The Bad and The Ugly
Watching Bosch Season 2
Listening to Coleman Hawkins - The Hawk Flies High
Reading Noise - Kahneman et al
