Sunday update
Here we go with Sunday. It's Mother's Day. We did Mother's Day with my Mam yesterday as we killed two birds with one stone by celebrating it in conjunction with my Dad's birthday which had been Friday. Clever you see! We're doing Mother's Day with Christine's Mam today. Reflecting on the week and indeed the coming week makes me realise that the busy period I am having is coming to a close. After the next couple of weeks things become manageable and true to form I've started plotting picking things back up and developing new things. So the Live Guided Meditations are starting again and I'v got this idea to create a kind of Live mentor situation as part of my Patreon platform. Tuesday last week was a boon. I was delivering my usual well-being, resilience, selfcare presentation to a group of students and I went for a different approach and it worked really well.
